It is very light and comfortable to wear, and available in a number of strap choices to cater for people’s preferences. It has a water resistance of up to 50 meters, thus can be used when swimming or when performing any other water related activity.

 Health and Fitness Tracking

The Sense 2 has a series of innovative health monitoring tools such as a new EDA sensor that is used to measure the level of stress and the general emotional state. The watch also brings an improved heart rate sensor, blood oxygen level sensor and a new ECG app to monitor irregular heartbeats. The Sense 2 is designed to track stages of sleep as well as provide a Sleep Score for sleep quality.

 Performance and Battery Life

The Sense 2 is easy to operate and intuitive thanks to Fitbit’s newest software update. The watch’s battery can last up to 6 days based on the usage and has support for fast charging in case of a quick boost. The Sense 2 also syncs with the Fitbit app which enables users to monitor their progress, create goals and get feedback.

 Connectivity and Features

The Sense 2 uses Bluetooth for pairing with smartphones; however, it has the GPS built-in for tracking outdoor activities without the use of a smartphone. The watch works with iPhone and Android smartphones and is capable of notifications for calls, messages, and applications. The Sense 2 also has smart assistants that include the Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, which enhances voice control and information relativity.

 Pros:

Eminent health monitoring with EDA and ECG sensors

A detailed check on the fitness of the person and the quality of sleep they had.

Long battery life with fast charging

Cushions are very comfortable with adjustable belts.

 Cons:

This restriction is due to the operating system limiting the third-party app support.

It is relatively more expensive than some of the competitors.

 Conclusion

It is a Fitbit smartwatch that has a lot of features and can help track one’s health and fitness in a detailed manner. This has an elegant and sleek design, has a long battery life and is closely tied to the Fitbit ecosystem. Though it is slightly costly than other fitness trackers, the features and performance of the watch make it worth for users who want a complete health tracking solution.
