The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a detachable 2-in-1 tablet which has the functionality of a laptop and the portability of a tablet.  Display and Performance

The Surface Pro 9 has been fitted with a PixelSense Flow 13-inch touch screen, which has a density of 267 PPI, a pixel density of 2880 x 1920 and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device’s RAM ranges from 8GB to 16GB and the internal storage from 256GB to 1TB SSD, which means the device has enough power and space to support complex computations and running multiple programs simultaneously.

The Intel version is compatible with Windows 11 and offers great performance for conventional office applications; the SQ3 version has longer battery life and additional connectivity possibilities with 5G.

 Battery Life and Charging

The battery life on the Surface Pro 9 is quite good with up to 15 hours use on a single charge depending on the model and what it is used for. It also has USB-C fast charging, which charges the device to 80 percent within an hour or so. The USB-C ports also make the products easy to connect and transfer data between the devices.

 Keyboard and Accessories

The Surface Pro 9 Type Cover keyboard is good to type on with properly spaced keys and a good trackpad. The keyboard is illuminated and comes with a fold out stand which provides support during its usage. Also, the Surface Pen which is an extra accessory allows for drawing and writing on the tablet making it more versatile.

 Pros:

Versatile Design: 2-in-1 that comes with a keyboard that can be detached and the Kickstand that can be adjusted.

High-Quality Display: High-quality PixelSense Flow screen with a 120Hz refresh rate

Powerful Performance: Option of using Intel or Microsoft SQ3 processors integrated with sufficient RAM & storage.

Good Battery Life: Up to 15 hours of usage and the device comes with support for fast charging.

 Cons:

Price: The higher price point, which is even further when bundled with add-ons like the Type Cover and Surface Pen

Accessories Sold Separately: Keyboard and Surface Pen are optional accessories which make the cost even higher.

 Conclusion

The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 provides a lot of usability and power and is both a laptop and a tablet. The sharpness of the screen, the possibility to put in a powerful processor and the versatility of the design make the device ideal for those who need a tablet for work and entertainment. Although the price and the cost of accessories are factors of concern, the Surface Pro 9 offers a good proposition to those who want a high-end 2-in-1 device.
