The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is the latest smartwatch from Samsung that comes with a cluster of health monitoring features, new design, and compatibility with other Samsung devices. The Galaxy Watch 6 has enhanced performance and an array of fitness-centric features that will suit both tech-savvy users and fitness lovers.

 Design and Build

The Galaxy Watch 6 remains a continuation of the tradition of Samsung to unite the elements of a traditional watch with the elements of a modern smartwatch. Coming in 40mm and 44mm, the watch has an aluminum or steel body and a digital rotating bezel that can be customized. Super AMOLED is bright and sharp and comes with the always-on feature perfect for use even in the dark.

 Health and Fitness Features

This Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 has ECG sensors for the diagnosis of heart-related ailments, blood pressure measurement, and SpO2 sensors for oxygen saturation levels. The new BioActive sensor allows for better readings of the heart rate, sleep and stress levels and assists the users in monitoring these. Also, the watch comes with several features that allow it to track fitness level with or without GPS, automatic detection of workouts and multiple modes of workouts.

 Performance and Battery Life

The Galaxy Watch 6 is built on the Exynos W920 processor and Wear OS, which makes the device perform well with no lag in launching applications. The watch works in synergy with Google applications such as Google Maps and Google Assistant as well as Samsung’s exclusive applications. Battery backup is good and can last up to 40 hours on a single charge and it supports fast charging, 30 minutes of charging will give up to 10 hours of battery backup.

 Connectivity and Features

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and LTE make the Galaxy Watch 6 is a perfect fit for everyday wear and for workouts as well. It also works well with the rest of Samsung products meaning that you can use it to control smart home devices, reply to messages, and even make payment via Samsung pay. 5ATM water resistance has been incorporated to guarantee the watch can be worn while swimming and other water activities.
